Shortly prior to the first implementation of the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), he was asked by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and National Arbitration Forum to serve on their respective panels of neutrals and has served and continues to serve as an arbitrator in numerous UDRP domain disputes.
